ZoneTech is an AI-native software company from Tirana. We build our own products and we engineer cloud, scale and security for governments and companies in Albania and Europe.
Story
Products first. Services because you asked.
ZoneTech started as a workshop for shipping products the way large platforms ship them: infrastructure as code, identity done properly, observability from the first release, and AI in the core rather than bolted on. ReadMyBaby, HomeZone and ValetZone came out of that workshop, followed by five more.
Along the way, organisations in Albania and Ireland kept asking the same three questions: how do we scale this, how do we secure it, and how do we use AI without embarrassing ourselves. The services practice is the answer, delivered by the people who answer those questions at platform scale every day.
We are small on purpose. Every engagement is led by a senior engineer, and we do not sell a team we would not put on our own products.

Built by the engineer who ran it at scale.
ZoneTech's founder has spent a career inside the systems most companies only rent. At Amazon Web Services that meant CloudWatch, the observability service that watches over millions of customers' infrastructure, where a slow query or a missed alarm is measured in other people's outages.
At Microsoft it means principal software engineering on .NET identity and security, the platform that authenticates users and protects data for a large share of the world's enterprise applications. The work is about scale, correctness and never being the reason a customer gets breached.
ZoneTech began as a way to ship products with that discipline and without the committee: ReadMyBaby, HomeZone, ValetZone and five more, each built AI-native from the first commit.
The services practice exists because Albanian and European organisations keep asking the same questions about cloud, scale and security that get answered at that scale every day. Now they can hire the answer.
