Plain-language search
Ask for a flat near a school with parking under a budget; the assistant turns it into filters and explains what it understood.
Property search that understands you. Albania's AI-native real estate platform.

Challenge
Property search in Albania is spread across agency sites, social media posts and word of mouth. Listings are duplicated, prices are inconsistent, and a buyer who wants a two-bedroom flat near a school with parking has no way to ask for that in plain words.
The platform had to work for agencies with hundreds of listings and for a family selling one apartment, on a phone, over an average connection, without a sales call to get started.
Interviews with agencies and buyers in Tirana; a survey of every listing source; a golden set of two hundred real search questions to grade against.
One ingestion pipeline that de-duplicates, geocodes and tags listings with AI, feeding a single index that both filters and plain-language search read from.
Weekly releases behind feature flags. Search quality measured against the golden set on every deploy; anything below the previous score does not ship.
Infrastructure as code, dashboards for ingestion lag and search latency, and alerts that page only when a buyer would notice.
Ask for a flat near a school with parking under a budget; the assistant turns it into filters and explains what it understood.
Every listing is tagged for light, noise, renovation state and transport access from photos and text, so filters work on what matters.
The same apartment posted by three agencies becomes one listing with all three contacts, not three results.
Listings priced far from comparable ones are flagged to the buyer and to the agency, quietly.
Bulk import, lead routing and a dashboard that shows which listings get seen and which get ignored.
